All appointments must be booked and confirmed in advance. Once your booking is approved, we reserve that specific time slot exclusively for you. Therefore, to ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we encourage you to communicate any changes as early as possible.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We completely understand that unexpected situations may occur; however, we can accommodate a change only once. After the first rescheduling, any additional requests will be considered a cancellation. Moreover, rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to secure a suitable new time for you.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the appointment will be marked as a late cancellation, and the full amount will be charged. This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer available slots to other clients.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to notify us within the required timeframe. Consequently, we advise clients to double-check their availability before confirming a booking.
