If the piece is detailed according to your sizes and the modification is requested after receiving the piece, we will make the one-time modifications without charging additional fees.

The customer bears the cost of returning the piece and receiving it after the modification (delivery fee)

We would like to note that the amount paid is not refunded (no refund)

In the event of depositing the amount and undoing the order an hour after the order, you can choose another model at the same price or provide you with a purchase voucher with the value of the deposited amount, which will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuing the coupon.

The first free modification without charging fees in the event of an error in the submission of the sizes by the customer, however, the customer will be charged the delivery fee when the modification process is carried out

Amendment policy in which an amendment fee of AED 250 is charged for:

Additional modifications you request for the second time for the same piece

Required modifications to the piece received 30 days after the date of receipt

Required modifications to the displayed piece in sizes ready for immediate proper

Cancellation:

Shoppers can cancel their orders within just one hour of purchase and the funds will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15-20 working days to complete the refund transfer and note that the refund will be net of the bank processing fee, and there is no refund of the amount after an hour of request

Delivery fees:

We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders. The company covers the delivery fee for the order, however, if there is a replacement or modification, the customer will cover the delivery fee.

Return (for modification) and exchange policy:

The return request email for amendment should be sent to dalia@daliaab.com within 72 hours of receiving the request. Otherwise, it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

Customers will be eligible for exchange, In case of quality problems (for ready to wear designs) if the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original packaging and original labels attached.

The item must be returned to us within 5 working days.

Returns or exchanges do not apply to custom designs requested by the customer or to those designed according to customer-specific measurements.

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and information provided.
